Description
Energy Meditation is an interactive, experiential class that teaches practical and powerful techniques to heal yourself as you learn to work with and experience energy. Through discussion and meditation, you will learn ways to cleanse the energy in your body, aura and chakras, to heal spaces around and within you and ways to protect these vital parts of you. You will learn way to heal / transform energies that can affect you emotionally, physically or spiritually. You will also learn to techniques for creating energetic boundaries to help protect and cleanse your energetic space. This is an active meditation style, which means that there is no need to be still and clear your mind before you begin. Many times, energies can rise to the surface as a way to help you clear old blockages and "energy cysts." As you clear these, you will begin to rediscover that centered place within you and elevate to a clearer way of being. You will also learn ways to call back aspects of yourself, to bring back and enliven your body with your own creative and healing energy and to use this energy to create new, positive experiences in your life. Heal yourself and create anew -- with energy! Clear the way to manifest your dreams! Beginners are welcome. Begins Thursday, November 5, 7:30-9:30 p.m. Runs for 5 weeks.
