Developing Inner Peace through Meditation Led by Darren Sardiga, this free weekly community class will help you learn techniques which will prepare you to explore self awareness. 10:45 - noon This class is appropriate for beginning and intermediate students. The facilitator will focus on discussing and practicing various forms of meditation so the student has an informed intellectual understanding as well as guidance and support to develop a regular practice. This includes the support of others in the group as everyone is encouraged to share their insights and perspectives. The class format is discussion oriented with specific instruction provided. You will have the opportunity not only to ask questions and receive guidance but also to practice several short meditations.
