Basic safety Clinic VE

Newcomers and guests of long-time members: here is a chance to get to learn belay techniques and basic safety skills before our meetup at noon. This is a private clinic for our members and the Naperville hiking meetup $30 includes lesson, gear, and climbing for the rest of the day (bargain) (You will need to take a free belay test next time you come back to belay again. ) For this to work, we need 4 paid reservations no later than 11/8 Call VE at 630-836-0122 and tell them you wish to register for this clinic--they will take your info--credit cards will be charged on 11/8 if we get enough registrations--otherwise no charge will go through. You do not have a reservation for this meetup if you have not done this. Please note on your meetup RSVP once you have confirmed with VE. VE is located in the lifetime Fitness on Diehl Rd in Warrenville. You need a photo ID to enter Lifetime and you walk back to VE and meet the group at the desk. Also note that as organizer of this event, my RSVP is automated--I will not be there. Oliver, of VE your instructor. Just tell the desk you are with the meetup clinic.
