Event details: Aetiology
Description
Website
Aetiology is the creative partnership between friends Michael Brandt, Chris Ditton, and Scott Flesch. Combining their unique musical tastes, hypnotic riffs, driving bass rhythms, and fierce drumming, Aetiology seeks to enhance the beauty of music's natural qualities through a distinctive fusion of subtle, luminous cascades of digital electronic sounds, and traditional rock instrumentation.
Voicebox
Website
Voice box has a core, and revolving doors. The music is derivative of your dreams. The good dreams you don’t remember. They lean towards the cinematic and the light of the dark. They share the same mission statement as Dante Alighieri in his Comedy.
Conflux
Website
Conflux's style can be roughly defined as "contrapuntal jazz-metal.” The music coalesces the meticulous composition of the classical era, the loose improvisation of jazz, and the raw aesthetic of heavy metal into a widely accessible but deeply sophisticated sound. With a broad range of appeal, the quartet blurs the line between “art” and “entertainment,” but at the end of the day, what really matters to these guys is playing great music and having great fun.
Tuesday, November 17 • 8:00 PM • Ages 21+ • $5.00 Jam/Rock/Experimantal/Psyche
