Description
Started by the Pilgrims back in 1621, Thanksgiving was made a national holiday byPresident Abraham Lincoln in 1863. In 1939, President Franklin D. Roosevelt set this holiday for the fourth Thursday in November. To celebrate this holiday, many parks offer events to keep children and families active and entertained, while remembering all the things we are thankful for today.
