Description
Elev 6,060'; Mon.-Fri.: 9 to 5:30; Sat.: 9 to 6; Sun; noon to 5:00 P.M. The first half is on a portion of Cheyenne's greenway. Trail meanders along a lazy creek garnished with cattails and through two pedestrian tunnels. Route is lightly sprinkled with little footbridges, city parks and interpretive signs. Offers opportunities for wildlife viewing. The second half of the trail winds through quiet residential neighborhoods and culminates in a view overlooking the city with the majestic Rocky Mountains in the distance.
