The Journey Through India Cooking Classes
Join K. Vinod, Chef/Owner of Indique Heights restaurant, on a culinary journey through India. The grand finale of this three-part interactive cooking series showcasing regional Indian cuisine will take place on Wednesday, December 3, 2008, and will have Vinod demonstrating India’s iconic street snacks. From Mini Dosas to Bhelpuri, participants will learn how to make 9 distinct street snacks from all four regions of India.
Join K. Vinod, Chef/Owner of Indique Heights restaurant, on a culinary journey through India. The grand finale of this three-part interactive cooking series showcasing regional Indian cuisine will take place on Wednesday, December 3, 2008, and will have Vinod demonstrating India’s iconic street snacks. From Mini Dosas to Bhelpuri, participants will learn how to make 9 distinct street snacks from all four regions of India.
The Journey Through India cooking classes are $55 each and are inclusive of a cooking demonstration, a three-course lunch with wine, and recipe cards for each dish. All classes run from 12 noon to 3pm. Reservations are required and may be made by calling the restaurant at (301) 656-4822.
