Marti Jewell has guided five years of the national study on Emerging Models of Pastoral Leadership. Edward Hahnenberg is associate professor of theology at Xavier University and author of the noted volume, "Ministries: A Relational Approach." They come together here to assess the most important factors impressing Church life today and those most likely to shape the future of the Church as it emerges in the new century and millennium.
