Now in its sixth year - The Java Poetry Open Mic meets once a month on the thrid Wednesday at the Greenbrier Public Library in Chesapeake, Va. Come out / sign the open mic list and read your poetry, prose or sing us a song... From the novice to the academic to the professional slam poet - everyone has equal footing on the stage....
