Kangaroo Jac's PlayTime

A fun time at Kangaroo Jac's, a huge indoor inflatable playground. RSVP Required. Cost: $5 per child, which covers 2 hours of play and, a piece of pizza (or all-beef hot-dog for gf-cf), and a juice box. A signed waiver is required, which you can fill out when you show up or fill out ahead of time by visiting the Kangaroo Jac's website and looking under "printouts." Socks are required for anyone going on the inflatables. In addition to clicking on the RSVP button, please respond to Heather (private is fine) with the following information for your family: Your name Your phone number (in case of emergency cancellation) List of names & ages of children attending List GF-CF diet, if applicable Our Kangaroo Jac's playtime located in the Greenbrier area of Chesapeake is open to all who care for someone with autism. Adults are free with child admission. We are very excited to be able to offer this as it is a wonderful place for children to get some positive sensory input and just get some energy out. While your child is in the play area socks must be worn. KJ's rules require waivers to be signed before your child can play. There is a faily loud blower noise for the inflatables with high ceilings so if your child has issues with noise keep this in mind. It's not uncommon that kids with autism take a few minutes to become comfortable with the environment, but they usually end up having a blast! It took our son about 15 minutes to enforce the sock rule and to become comfortable in the building, and then he was off and running.
