15th Annual Symphony UNDER THE STARS 2009 with the Virginia Symphony Orchestra. This performance is presented FREE on the Buddy Bagley Stage, Chesapeake City Park in Chesapeake, VA. At 6:00 PM Tidewater Pipes & Drums, including the Sheriff’s Pipe Band, opens the evening. Co-sponsored by the Chesapeake Fine Arts Commission, the Department of Parks and Recreation and local business sponsors.
