Cherry Hill Fitness Bootcamp for Women & Men Meetup

Our Boot Camp is a four-week program that provides instruction on fitness and nutrition, with generous heapings of motivation and fun! Boot Camp is led by New Jersey's Top Personal Trainer, Kevin Hensel and his staff of expert, certified trainers. He's a certified fitness professional with 15 years of experience helping over 758 Cherry Hill residents. Boot Camp consists of core/functional training, yoga & Pilates movements, strength exercises, agility drills, kickboxing and a ton of stretching. Small dumbbells and elastic resistance are also used. The goal is to get you moving, elevate your heart rate and build lean muscle so your body burns twice as much fat. NOTE: Ladies, do not worry ÂÂ- you will not get ÂÂ"bulkyÂÂ". Muscle is more compact and smaller than fat. Also, itÂÂ's much more shapely. Replacing fat with muscle will make you smaller, tighter and firmer your clothing size will go down, not up!
