The University Internship Programs is an interdisciplinary program that has two parts: an academic seminar in organizational behavior and a professional practice internship. The program is offered to U.Va. undergraduate students in more than 50 majors and concentrations in the College of Arts and Sciences. It is designed to provide students with academically relevant classroom content and a field placement which builds on knowledge and skills learned from their study.
