Driving Directions
Based on the composition and improvisation techniques of dance master Daniel Nagrin, this class will explore exercises that create movement from impulses that sidestep the mind's filtering processes. O'Hara is a professor of dance and coordinator of the dance program at James Madison University. This fun class is for all levels and types of performers.
