First meeting of Cville Investors for 2010!! Tuesday, January 12 at 6pm at Keller Williams Office Our speaker for January is Chuck Harlowe of Harlowe & Associates, LLC. Chuck is a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser and has been appraising homes in this area for 20 years. He will talk about current home values, what he requires for conventional and government loans, declining values, unusual properties, functional obsolescence, renovation loans and how he can help investors with his experience.
