Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation on or after December 30, 2011 results in a $50 penalty.
Cancellation on or after January 13, 2012 results in a $150 penalty.

Clinic Times:
When making travel plans, please plan on the clinic beginning on Friday, February 24, at 7:30 AM and ending by 5:30 PM on Saturday, February 25, 2012.

THERE ARE NO REGISTRATION TRANSFERS. If you cancel this clinic and want to attend another one, you must register for the other clinic and can be subject to cancellation fees. Your registration cannot be transferred. There are no exceptions.
