Our boot camps is an exercise group that meets for one hour duration. 50 minutes of actual working out with the 10 minutes of stretching before and after the workout. We meet every Monday and Friday from 6p to 7p at the First Baptist Church West on Oaklawn Ave. across from Oaklawn Language Academy Elementary School.
