One Wachovia Ctr., 301 S. College St. 704-716-6400. From I-77, Exit 9(B) onto I-277 (John Belk Freeway), take second exit onto College Street. One Wachovia Center is on corner of Martin Luther King Blvd. and College St. YMCA is on 2nd level (Level A) of building. PARKING: To enter building parking garage, turn right on Martin Luther King Blvd. and left into the garage at the sign saying PARK. There is a fee to park here. On-street metered parking available on Martin Luther King Blvd. No charge for on-street parking on weekends (except for special events such as conventions and football games). Event Description: M-F, 5:30am to 8:30pm; Sat, 8:00am to 6:00pm; Sun, 1:00pm to 5:00pm. Closed major holidays. Open limited hours on Thanksgiving and New Years. Walk through newly renovated Southend district (including Southend Brewery), historic Dilworth neighborhood, Little Sugar Creek Greenway and Latta Park. Trail is mostly flat, on city sidewalks, trolley walkway and paved greenway.
