Description
The monthly meeting of the LadySafe Society will be hosted and sponsored by Seven Owl Dojo in Charlotte, North Carolina. The January meeting will offer tips on street self-defense as it relates to traveling to and from your parked car. Defensive stances, pre-attack cues, and verbal options will be discussed and open and closed punches will be practiced. The physical part of the course is very light but please dress accordingly to gain the maximum benefit of the meeting. Meditation and stretching will also be done.
