Directions: From I-85 Driving South: Take Exit 38 for I-77 South. Travel approx. 2 miles to Exit 11 (fork left) onto Brookshire Freeway (I-277 and Hwy 16). Drive approx. 2 miles and bear left onto East Independence Blvd. (Hwy 74 East). On Independence Blvd. drive 2.2 miles, staying in right lane to Briar Creek Road. Exit right at The Park - parking areas are just ahead on the right and left of street.

People come to Preview Night to celebrate all of the wonderful decorations and traditions that make coming home for Christmas a special time for family and friends. The entire show, including almost 50 Olde Towne shops and over 500 holiday merchants and crafters, will be open and ready to help you start your holiday season.

Proceeds from ticket sales are shared by the GFWC Charlotte Junior Woman’s Club and The Charlotte Observer Empty Stocking Fund.

In conjunction with Southern Shows, the GFWC Junior Woman’s Club of Charlotte annually sponsors the Preview Night of the Southern Christmas Show. This year’s Preview Night will be on Tuesday, November 10, 2009, from 5:30 - 9:30 p.m. Come to enjoy all the sights, sounds, smells and shopping of the Southern Christmas Show during this special benefit evening. In addition to the Club selling Show tickets, we secure food/beverage donations, entertainment and raffle prizes for the special one-night event. We also volunteer our time at the Show itself by assisting food vendors and coordinating the entertainment. Our club collects Corporate Sponsorship donations to reach our fundraising goals each year in order to raise the funds necessary to operate many of our charities, the principal one being Shoe Closet.

Ticket will include parking, food, beverages and no crowds!
