We know its hard to get out of work on Friday so if you need to come late please feel free! It's better to join late than not join at all! Class will begin at 5:30, ending by 7:00 so we can make sure the late comers get enough yoga to start the weekend right! The cost is $5 per person. Friday's class will feature Power Vinyasa Yoga taught by certified instructor Audrey Ipapo who's background is in dance and yoga! This will be an amazing class with great energy taught by a wonderful instructor! Whether you are a ballerina, a body builder, or a couch potato, this class is perfect for you! PARKING: You can park in the inner parking lot off of East Blvd or park street side on Princeton Ave and walk towards the center of the park towards the lake! You'll see the amphitheater near the lake! You can also take Cumberland (next to Shomars) until it deadends into a park parking lot which is actually just above the area where we practice!
