4th Annual Opel Nationals
The Opel Motorsports Club (OMC) will be having their 4th Annual Opel Nationals on September 5th, 6th and 7th, 2008 at the Food Lion AutoFair. This event will be held at the Lowe’s Motor Speedway near Charlotte, North Carolina. The Lowe’s Motor Speedway has been hosting the AutoFair for many years and is a muscle car favorite. But when an Opel GT, owned by Dallas Mize, took home the “Best In Show†trophy over all the other car clubs there, people started to take a second look at the Opel as a car to be appreciated! There are usually over 60 car clubs in attendance so the competition is great. You may also check out the OMC web site at www.opelclub.com.
