Bid on dozens of baskets all built around a literary theme and filled with books, gift certificates, event tickets, gift items and much more at A Tisket, A Tasket...A Literary Basket, sponsored by the Friends of The Library Foundation of Kanawha County. This sixth annual fundraiser will be held in the auditorium of NiSource Gas Transmission and Storage, 1700 MacCorkle Ave. SE. in Charleston.
This fund-raising event supports KCPL's programming. Last year the event raised more than $30,000, which helped sponsor the Summer Library Club and special programming for children and families throughout the year. This is a ticketed event. Ticket sales information will be posted soon.
