ObC Running Club

We meet on Mondays and Wednesdays at 6pm by the the Omar Shrine Temple at Patriots Point. Please park on the street off to the sides. 176 Patriots Point Road Mount Pleasant, SC 29464-4377 From there we will pair off in groups and run/walk distances over the bridge and around Patriots Point starting small and working our way up to 6-8 miles over the coarse of the next 3 months. Prepare to be working out for an hour and please wear proper shoes and comfortable clothes! The Running Club is free to whomever would like to join and prepare for the Cooper River Bridge Run... or those who just need some extra motivation to get out and run, so please bring any friends, family, co-workers- the more the merrier! Also please send this on to anyone you know who is running the CRBR that may be interested in training with us. Thanks and we hope to see you in a Camp or at the Running Club soon!
