(In line with the Sun, and at its closest point to Earth in its monthly orbit.) Spring tide predicted to be -0.8' below mean. So what does it all mean? It's the Age of Aquarius... let's go paddling! Meet at Sea Kayak Carolina around 12:45 pm Depart Sea Kayak Carolina promptly at 1:00 pm Arrive Cherry Point Landing on Wadmalaw Island around 1:45 pm Low tide around 3:15 pm Back at Cherry Point around Sunset 5:25 pm Sea kayaks of 15' or greater in length, with skirts and positive bow and stern floatation required due to the length of the trip and the partially exposed nature of this trip. Proper dress is required. Lifejackets to be worn zipped up and properly fitted. Please contact the organizer if you have any questions regarding kayak and equipment requirements.
