Wallach Professor of World Order Studies and professor of history at Columbia University, will participate in a forum on ¿Boundaries, Institutions and Human Rights: Developments over the Last Century.¿ The free, public forum will take place 2 to 4:30 p.m. in the Pleasants¿ Family Assembly Room of Wilson Library. Mazower will deliver the 18th Reckford Lecture in European Studies for the Institute for the Arts and Humanities Feb. 16 at 7:30 p.m. in the Hanes Art Center.
