Mark Mazower, Ira D. Wallach Professor of World Order Studies and professor of history at Columbia University, will deliver the 2012 Mary Stevens Reckford Memorial Lecture in European Studies Feb. 16. Mazower, an expert on the history of Europe since 1940, will present "The European Union and the Crisis of Global Governance." The free, public talk is the 18th annual lecture hosted by the Institute for the Arts and Humanities.
