YOGA & TAI CHI CENTER: Experience the health benefits of Yoga, Tai Chi, & Meditation under the guidance of certified teachers. Classes are offered for all levels, all ages and run all 7 days of the week.
COFFEE/TEA LOUNGE: Relax in our lounge with a cup of organic, fair-trade tea or coffee prepared by our experienced Baristas. Spend time with old friends and make new ones. Open 6AM everyday!
EVENTS: Meet your favorite authors as they discuss and sign their latest books, attend special events that feature world music and entertainment, or explore other perspectives on how to take better care of ourselves, our families, our communities, and our world.
PRACTICES: From 12:00-2:00PM: Mondays $10 Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) Support Group Tuesdays and Thursdays $30 Group Acupuncture Wednesday $30 Reiki Sessions
