Tibetan Heart Yoga is the traditional yoga practice of the Tibetan monks. It is a class for those who desire to deepen their prayer and meditation practice by sending out healing power to loved ones and all those who suffer, eliminating their suffering. The poses are simple and very yin. It is an intense spiritual experience.
