Come and experience the desert under the stars. Catch a mule-drawn hay wagon into the desert and dine chuck wagon style. Enjoy live country western music, line dance and 2-step instructions, cowboy games, cowboy storytelling, marshmallow roast, and much more fun! Menu includes your choice of Mesquite-Grilled T-Bone Steak, BBQ Chicken, BBQ New York Pork Steak, or Vegetarian Dinner with Cowboy Beans, Baked Potato, Old Timer's Bread, Warm Apple Pie, Hot Coffee, Iced Tea and Lemonade. Full-service cash bar available at the cookout area.
