Saddle Mountain & Sheep Creek Trails to McFarland Canyon located in the beautiful Mazatzal Mountains Wilderness: Rated B, trailhead elevation 4,920ÃÂ', 8 miles, 1,000ÃÂ' elevation change (accumulated). The driverÃÂ's fee is $10 (160 mile r/t). Hike Leader: Mike Foerster (480) 802-0905. ACCESS TO THIS TRAILHEAD REQUIRES HIGH CLEARANCE VEHICLES FOR THE FINAL 5 MILES OF THE TRIP. Participants with high clearance vehicles should contact Mike Foerster (jmikefoerster@wbhsi.net) prior to the hike. Participation will be limited by the number of vehicles available on hike day.
