PreNatal Yoga Class- Thursdays, 9.15 - 10.30 am Certified Birth Doula and Yoga Instructor, Noel Merkel, will help you tone the body and safely prepare for labor and childbirth with gentle stretching with strengthening postures. Learn to relax through breath awareness, relieve many of the discomforts of pregnancy and reduce physical tension. This class offers an excellent opportunity to look within, meet other expectant mothers, and take time to connect more deeply with your growing baby. Appropriate for women who have practiced before, as well as those who are new to yoga. 75 Min. -We offer childcare!!! Mommy and Me Yoga Class- Tuesdays 9.15-10.30 am Time to have fun and bond with your baby! Post-natal poses in this class are specifically chosen to tone and heal the new mom's body, but partners, friends and parents with toddlers are welcome, too! Strengthen your abdominals, release tension in your neck, shoulders and back, trim and slim the waistline, and of course, calm the mind - all while interacting with your little one in a fun, supportive environment. 75 min. -We offer chilcare!!
