Daily, dawn to dusk. Closed Thanksgiving and Christmas. The trail includes several city parks with two small lakes and an Olympian memorial; a free children's petting zoo just south of the trail is available in summer. Ninety percent (90%) of the surfaces are paved. A short section of the route takes you Parkland Community College.
