Community Yoga Flow

Start off the new year on the "right foot", join our COMMUNITY YOGA classes. Every Friday lunch from 1-2pm. Low cost: $7 This class is perfect as an introduction to yoga for new students, students with injuries who are looking to restore their health, students who want to brush up on their foundation poses, yoga practitioners who have never attended a yoga flow before. Easy does it in this class. If you have found the regular Vinyasa Flow to be too intense for you, you will love this class! Most poses are done seated on the mat and we limit Downdog pose to about 2 a class. You will learn alignment, basic yoga Asana, basic Pranayam (breath) techniques to help you with any yoga class. This class is slow and easy. Over time you will gain a healthier and stronger body, and gain a more relax mind with a change of attitude in your life.
