Elev. 5,123'; Path is paved and much of it is along the North Platte River, some hills with views of Casper Mountain. Some parts parallel historic trails. There are displays of historic interest. An alternate walk is available through historic, commercial, and residential areas. There are several sculptures to view and description of historic homes .
