Powerstroke is both a teaching method and a way of swimming. Powerstroke is a concept developed to help athletes understand the integral relationship between good technique and the application of force in swimming. Each participant will receive a DVD of all attendees stroke analysis, a booklet of clinic materials, a Powerstroke DVD, and lunch. Marty Gaal, CSCS, has been coaching since 2002.
