9AM to 10AM - Introductions and 45 minute discussion of the basics of freestyle swim training for triathlon 10AM to 1030AM - Display of basic mechanics, correct swimming technique, and a swim drills review 1030AM to 12PM - In water practice with the coaches: - - Proper body position - Proper breathing technique - The essentials - extension and underwater pull - Technique drills 12PM: Q&A and wrap up We will cover: - Proper body position - Proper breathing technique - The essentials - extension and underwater pull - Technique drills Maximum 24 participants. Minimum requirement - you can swim a few lengths of the pool. --Not suitable for completely new or non-swimmers.-- Cost: $80 with a copy of the Powerstroke: Speed through force and form DVD. $60 without the DVD. What is included: Your coaches, snacks and drinks, and a booklet of presented materials & select articles. What is not included: hotel stay, car, transport, etcetera.
