Description
For the culmination of Veterans Week, the USO of NC is hosting a “Salute the Troops” variety show, which will feature local North Carolina bands, a magician, educational military exhibits and more!
The event is free and open to the public. Military ID card holders – service members and their families have priority. Donations to the USO of NC will be accepted and appreciated.
Bill and Lynda of WRAL-FM will host the celebration with performances by Airiel Down, an independent rock band based out of Raleigh, N.C.; The American Belles, an incredible female trio performing military classics; The Main Event Band, a unique band that plays anything from beach music to classic rock and Emily Riesen, a rising country star.
