The foundation of our practice is Mindfull Awareness Meditation. This is a wonderful practice for real peaple who have busy and noisy lives. It has very practical applications such as stress reduction, increased focus and better overall health, yet with regular practice can be a wonderful spiritual path bringing inner peace and happiness.
