You never know what to expect at The Boot, and that is half the fun! Just bring your large towel or yoga mat and a bottle of water, we bring the rest. Kettlebells, medicine balls, jump ropes, resistance bands, yoga, pilates, cardio, kickboxing...you will do it all The Boot. We push you so you can get REAL RESULTS. Why waste your time doing ineffective exercises at the gym? You give us one hour per day, we will get you results. If you need to lose 50lbs, or just the last 5lbs, we will help.
On the MySpace bulletin board page click "Post Bulletin".
