Stand up paddle board boot camp "Half sand & Half water"

Paddle Board Boot Camp "Half on sand half on water" The Boot-Camp portion will encompass strength and conditioning to include: cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance and stamina. Bring weights, a yoga mat or towel, a bottle of water and your workout clothes. All fitness levels are welcome. Clothing Suggestions: Shorts!!!!! T-shirts and tennis shoes ..basically your comfortable work-out gear. Children Welcome Too!!! The best part of this boot camp is that children are welcome. The beach is calm with little or no waves. ItÂÂ's a great place for the kids to play while mommies and daddies get in shape. Some sand toys will be available but you can bring your own. Children ages 4 and older are suggested. Please note you are still responsible for watching your child during the boot camp portion. Bring life vests if you have them. There is no childcare provided. Boot Camps are every Tuesday & Thursday @ 8:30am-9:30am Each boot camp is $12 a class Please call or email to book your spots
