Our one hour mat class is can be modified to meet the needs of any individual regardless of your experience with Pilates or your fitness level. We modify the poses to make them challenging enough to keep the most seasoned athlete working to their max or gentle enough for beginners or individuals with injuries or limitations. In fact, many people at our studio are brand new to Pilates. We have fun, support each other and get a great workout in all at the same time. So come join us!
