Pilates and Yogalates is a fabulous way to stretch, strengthen and turn your body into a lean, beautifully sculpted physique! Why do you think all the celebrities and models do it?! Practicing Pilates regularly will help alleviate back pain, reduce stress and stretch out your tightest muscles. It will also increase your range of motion and offers a perfect cross-training for athletes of all levels which makes it a great addition to any fitness plan - or, help you stay motivated if you are just getting started with one! My one hour mat class is challenging but able to be modified for beginners; in fact, most people at our studio are brand new to Pilates. I can modify any exercise for any injury or limitation you may have and will guarantee you a great class that will get results! We have fun, support each other and get a great workout in all at the same time. So come join us! Water, towels and mats provided! The cost is $15/class.
