A Woman's Journey - Workshop at Postal code 33909, US

This workshop is designed to encourage personal growth through sharing, in a community of supportive women. In this workshop we will explore the opportunities and obstacles to reaching our highest potential. Each of us has important information about the journey we have been on in this life, that others can benefit from... By sharing our stories a synergy is created and we are all uplifted. If you are interested in sharing, exploring and building a community of wonderful women, this workshop is for you. The format will include short readings, discussion, group work (and some spontaneity)... Each week will be devoted to a different topic related to opportunities and obstacles to personal growth. This workshop's topic is self-esteem. We will be discussing practical ways to improve self-esteem and doing a lot of interactive work. This workshop will be held at the Happehatchee Center, which is a beautiful "eco-spirituality" center located in the woods on the Estero River. Tucked in amongst the lush foliage, this center is the perfect place to connect with other like-minded women and to reconnect with your inner self. There is no fee for the workshop, but a $5.00 donation to the Happehatchee Center is suggested. Donations help cover the expenses of the Center, which has made the beautiful space available to us.
