Daily, dawn to dusk. Revised route for 2009 is rated 2. Restroom and water at registration and along route. Scenic route in a beach resort. Route passes Haystack Rock, one of the world's largest monoliths. If the tide is out, enjoy the tidepools. Qualifies for WOC Four F's (firehouse) and Four W's (water treatment plant)
