16th Annual Canby Community Preschool Fundraising Auction

The 16th Annual Canby Community Preschool Fundraising Auction is scheduled for March 10, 2012, at the Clackamas County Event Center in Canby, OR. The auction is attended by over 200 guests and is a fun and interactive evening. We will be offering several opportunities for businesses and organizations to be associated with our school's vision of providing quality education for preschool aged children in the Canby area.

The event offers merchants, businesses, and organizations several choices to have their donations showcased throughout the evening. Consider participating through:

-Product donations, gift certificates, services, or accommodations to be used as auction items.
-Sponsorship through advertising at the auction, in the auction catalog, and at the school.
-Cash donations to help with underwriting an auction item or help with scholarships.

In past years, the annual auction has provided approximately fifty percent of the school's budget. The auction directly supports our operating budget, as well as non-budgetary improvements, and special needs such as scholarships. As a nonprofit, self-supporting preschool, our highly involved parents and staff thank you for considering a donation so that we may continue providing a quality education for our students.
