This weekend adventure into expanded states of consciousness facilitates profound relaxation, deep contemplation, increased intuition, and communication with the higher self and with related energies. Important personal revelations are commonplace during an Excursion. Specifically designed exercises with the Hemi-Sync audio-guidance technology form the core of the workshop, together with explanation, discussion, and supportive group interaction. This is a full and wonderful experience. I have and will continue to recommend this workshop to ALL!! I gained the deeper awareness I was seeking as well as a sense of integration. I came to this workshop looking for tools for Hospice people who are in physical and emotional distress and gained more understanding of my own pain. The facilitators, the food, the seating, the rain and the other participants really enhanced my experience. The FOOD not only complements, it feeds and nourishes our 5 senses. I would especially recommend Rock The Path to someone like me who desperately needed to rest, for my body (cancer recently) and definitely for my mind. I used Hemi-Sync during my two surgeries for breast lumps - it was so helpful. I received a rebalancing of body, mind and spirit. It was a pleasure in a sense of just being. Not having to feel I was doing anything but existing in a very heightened state. All aspects and details of the workshop were attended to, to create a whole sensual and relaxing experience. The food is amazing. The presentation is so colorful and inviting. I love that this oasis has come to be in this area. It is a huge benefit to the community at large because of the higher vibrations it awakens and holds.
