The HR Partners Planning Group is sponsoring an exciting 3.5-hour forum in which we are honored to present Stephen Young, Co-Founder and Senior Partner of Insight Education Systems, a management and consulting firm specializing in leadership and organizational development. Mr. Young will discuss his program entitled MicroInequities: The Power of Small, a new paradigm for diversity and leadership, based upon research conducted by Professor Mary Rowe here at MIT, and focusing on the effects of micromessages in the workplace. Mr. Young has been featured in multiple media outlets, including O-The Oprah Magazine, Time, Good Morning America, and more.
The seminar will include a formal presentation with some opportunities for interactive participation and tips on practical application of these concepts when you return to your own departments, labs and centers
