PlayFit Classes Westhills Valleyview Presbyterian Church

PlayFit classes are circuit training classes that occur near playgrounds when the weather is nice. As the weather gets colder over the late fall/winter/early spring, we move the classes inside and we provide inside play equipment for the kids. If it is raining hard during outside class time, we will cancel. Otherwise, dress a little warmer if the weather is a little colder, as we will still run the classes. Our fitness trainers change up the classes each week to give you variety and to work out different areas of your body. We adjust the exercises to meet the fitness level of each participant. Personal service is important to us and we want you to feel comfortable. All of our trainers are moms, who understand the special fitness requirements of other moms. Strollers are welcome at all classes. Please bring comfortable clothes and runners to work out in, water, snacks for the kids and small toys, such as a pail and shovel. For most classes, please bring $1-$2 per child to give directly to the babysitter. When you arrive, please introduce the kids to the babysitter and discuss any special requirements with the caregiver. Please remember that the kids will be playing safely nearby at all times and will be within your sight. Our goal is to create a family workout environment where everyone feels comfortable.
