it all started with "monopoly". i was in school with my two friends and we started listening to dane cook. my friend, andrea, had found it on the internet somewhere. we're all always laughing and making eachother laugh. when i heard "monopoly", i was probably gagging half the time, gasping for breath. i couldn't stop laughing. i listened to it over and over trying to listen to the parts i didn't hear before because they were muffled by our roaring giggles and insane laughs. that same night, i went back home and did a little bit of research on dane cook. i found his webpage and his myspace. i added him and listened to all the performances i could. a few weeks ago, i was at an HMV and i saw his cds, harmful if swallowed, next to retaliation. i couldn't help myself. every time i listen to him, i can't stop laughing. no matter how many times i've heard it. he's wonderful and a great person. i really like comedians who really bring their life stories into their shows to make other people laugh. most things dane cook has said are things we can probably all relate to at some point. i really hope he comes to calgary.
